Please, introduce yourself…

Hi, I am Elene Kiladze, a sales intern at Venture IQ. I am currently finishing my bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Economics. I joined Venture IQ, because I was looking forward to joining a diverse team of professionals and having an internship where you can actually meaningfully contribute to company projects. Outside of the supply and demand world, I am passionate about poetry, philosophy and politics.

What do you do on a daily basis?

At Venture IQ, the day starts with an online team meeting where everyone from the collective shares their goals, targets and tasks with one another. Afterward, I usually have a one-on-one meeting with Koen, one of the founders, to review the Catalist sales process, align on weekly goals, and assess ongoing performance. The rest of my day involves meeting potential clients, conducting outreach, and identifying promising new leads.

What do you love about your job?

Venture IQ has a really comfortable environment for an intern who is taking first steps in the industry. I also enjoy the flat organizational structure—everyone is approachable and treated as an equal. It’s empowering to feel like my input matters and that I’m trusted to help shape outcomes.

Working in sales feels like solving a new strategic puzzle each week it also includes the communication aspect with lots of interesting firms and startups, which I really enjoy. It’s a good mix of structured planning and spontaneous problem-solving, which keeps things exciting.

How would you describe VIQ culture in words?

I would describe Venture IQ as supportive and engaging! It’s a place where curiosity is encouraged, and collaboration is part of the everyday rhythm.
